Indignified - What to Expect

First of all - thank you for being here.

I’ve set myself a pretty daunting task. Regardless of subscribers, attention, or money - I’m going to keep pushing Indignified not only as my personal brand - but as a movement.

The more that I focus on it, the more I realize that this has really been my agenda all along. My entire life has been about finding dignity by turning your back on it. So when I say ‘I am indignified’ what I am really saying is that my dignity comes from within and I don’t need the external validation of a world that largely seeks to strip our dignity from us. I mean that is what it has done to me. As a verb, I am indignified means that the world has screwed me over, chewed me up, spit me out. As an adjective it means that this process has hardened me, made me more compassionate, and given me the opportunity to empower myself with the indignities that have been heaped upon me, because, like you, I have survived them We’ve been indignified and yet, here we stand, Unbent and unbroken. As a noun, Indignified is a movement. We reject the games and control systems that have been imposed on us. I fully expect Indignified to become a movement, a brand, an in-your-face reset of the status quo. Read the Indignified Manifesto again…you will see it.

So - how does that happen. Step by step. First - is the content, to prove the staying power of myself and indignified. Did you know that most newsletters and blogs never make it past a month? Of those that do, most of those don’t last beyond six months, and of those that survive that long only a handful go past a year. So the first daunting task is the commitment of a year.

For now - this is what to expect:

Monday - Podcast Audio of my book “Notes from Nowhere” which details what a utopian future in three-hundred years might look like. This is a work of fiction in which I explore how we can escape from the concepts of drudge work, control systems, money, and much more. For Paid Subscribers.

Tuesday - Letters from Exile. These will be an article dealing with issues like wage slavery, digital nomadism, crossing borders, or dealing with the hellish bureaucracy our forebears cursed us with. Free for All Subscribers. I will also include valuable links, resources, and techniques in a section just For Paid Subscribers

Wednesday - Rough Living: Tips and Tales of a Vagabond I am serializing my first book which could have been titled “How to have fun being homeless” where I shared all the tips and tricks I learned to enjoy a free life in America and some of the literary tales I’ve written about that time. When RL is done, we will move on to another of my books - most likely Liminal Travel, then Smooth Living - but in any event this is what to expect Wednesdays. Free for All Subscribers. Thursday - Crows Eye View. As you know, the Hokkaido crows here at Satoshi Manor have become important to me. I’m learning a lot from them and they are a big part of my experience here. So on Thursdays - I give it to them. I want to focus on video content but this won’t always be practical so it’s a bit of a wild card day that will vary from updates from Satoshi Manor to whatever the crows may instigate in me to share. Friday - One day a week, I will publish something solely and exclusively for paid subscribers. This could vary from valuable advice on how to make money, live as an expat, cheat the system (yes I said that), to other things. Currently, I am sharing my sexually explicit and unpublished novella ‘Ghosts of Intimacy’. And maybe this is where I will share how paid subscribers can claim their merch. 👀!!!

Saturday and Sunday - In the true spirit of being a Baoist, this will focus on whatever I want - or maybe nothing at all. These days are mine to do with whatever I enjoy and maybe I’ll enjoy sharing something.
